I’ve ordered this for my parents as an anniversary present two years in a row now. My Dad has Alpha Gal Syndrome and cannot eat pork or any kind of red meat, so he’s basically stuck with chicken and turkey, after being a big beef eater for his entire life. They love it. I ordered some for myself this year. These are chewy, like jerky almost, but not that dry. The candied is the best for me, but I also like the candied peppered, and I don’t usually care for pepper. It’s not too strong and goes well with the sweetness. This is minimally processed, and I trust the source and the ingredients. A healthy snack by itself, or with fruit and cheese and crackers.
