What's Inside
Our Salmon & Halibut box includes:

  • 3 lbs Wild Coho Salmon
  • 3 lbs Wild Halibut
  • Each piece is approximately 1 lb (suitable for a double serving for a total of 12 servings)
  • Reusable styro cooler
  • Reusable frozen gel packs
How to prepare
For the best results, thaw portions in the refridgerator overnight.

  • Cut an opening in the package
  • Place portions (still in the package) on a plate and leave in the fridge.
  • Fish should thaw in 8-12 hrs

For a quicker thaw, place the un-opened package in a bowl of cold water cool running water (keeping the water under 40°F, any warmer can encourage bacteria growth) keep changing the water every 10 minutes or let the tap run at a slow rate. Depending on the size of fish, it will thaw between 20 and 60 minutes.

Your order is carefully packed and shipped via reliable carriers like FedEx or Purolator, ensuring prompt delivery within 1-2 days. For customers in remote areas with longer delivery times, we take extra measures to maintain the cold chain.

Additional gel packs are included in your package to keep your product frozen for an extended period. While we strive for frozen delivery, occasional slight thawing may occur. No need to worry! You can either complete the thawing process in the refrigerator or re-freeze the product for future use.

Once we receive your order, we contact you to set up a convenient delivery date and arrange all the shipping to ensure your Seafood Box arrives both quickly and still frozen. Delivery totally messed up

Haven't tried the actual product yet but twice confirmed delivery date was completely messed up - 6 days early snd totally unexpected. Not sure if they replace a spoiled order and gave no indication they would, just oops sorry we messed up. Beware your order may arrive on a date you are not ready for and spoiled sitting for hours before you realize its there. Not impressed at all with the shipping process at all and seems to to be the norm with their response.

Amazing quality and taste

We just ordered two of the Wild Salmon and Halibut box. The quality and taste is as good as if we were eating fresh locally. The halibut is firm and fresh and the salmon is a beautiful red with a fantastic flavour.
